Senior Architect Role Summary:

1. Input project targets and timelines, submission, bids and business opportunities.
2. Attend industry events, develop understanding of services provided and subject matter.
3. Mentor coach junior talent, familiar with and assist managing project personnel workload.
4. Lead manage project delivery working Associate Director.
5. Ensure projects delivered effectively within agreed scope timeline, skilled project level design knowledge expertise.
Requirements:
* 8+ years experience across range project stages.
* Bachelor degree Architecture Technology or equivalent.
* Member RIAI CIAT or international equivalent registration architects interior designers architectural technologists 5 years.
* Delivery healthcare projects essential education public sector experience beneficial role.

This role is ideal for someone with 8+ years of experience across a range of project stages, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architecture Technology, and membership with professional bodies such as RIAI or CIAT. Experience in delivering healthcare projects is essential, while education or public sector experience can be beneficial in this role.
