Job Description
Teamworx is currently seeking a Front Office and Reservations Manager for our client, a boutique property in North Co. Kildare.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, guest-focused hospitality professional with previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Supervisor who is looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will thrive in a boutique hotel environment where personal service, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach are valued.
You should have a natural flair for team leadership, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to take ownership of both front office and reservations operations.
The role includes:
* Managing daily operations of the Front Office, Reception, and Back Office Departments
* Staff training and development
* Managing group, tour, golf, and corporate reservations
* Collaborating with the hotel Revenue Manager and Marketing Team to drive sales for accommodation
* Managing third-party websites
* Performing general front desk and reception duties
The ideal candidate:
* Has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 3- or 4-star hotel
* Possesses good knowledge of OTA extranets, channel managers, and CMS systems
* Experience with the Hotsoft system is desirable but not essential
* Has excellent customer care and communication skills
* Can work independently and as part of a team
