Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Automotive Digital Transformation) Location: Greater Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: 80-95K DOE + benefits package About the Role Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements efforts across a major multi-project digital transformation programme in the automotive sector. You'll bridge business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, shaping solutions that support the shift to electric, connected, and autonomous mobility across passenger and commercial vehicle brands. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops with diverse stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and prioritise business needs. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical designs. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation using process modelling, use cases, user stories, and traceability matrices. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testing teams to validate designs and ensure full requirements coverage in UAT. Identify process improvements and optimisation opportunities across existing systems and workflows. Establish strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress updates and guidance on best practices. Manage requirements traceability, change control, and version management throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the evolution of internal BA standards, tools, and frameworks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. 5+ years as a Business Analyst delivering complex, interdependent IT projects. Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques (interviews, workshops, user stories). Strong experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
