Job Description
The Finance Manager will have overall responsibility for the financial management of our organisation. They will lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and insightful reporting.
They will be responsible for developing a 3-5 year financial strategy aligned with organisational goals: growth, asset management, financial resilience and social impact. They will advise the CEO and Board on financial implications of strategic initiatives.
