Insurance Portfolio Specialist Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Support Account Directors with day-to-day management of existing PI portfolios.
* Prepare and process renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations.
* Negotiate competitive terms, cover, and pricing with insurers.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Respond promptly to client queries, providing technical guidance and outstanding service.
* Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the client base.
* Assist with claims handling to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
* Stay up to date with market developments, insurer appetites, and industry trends in PI.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of Professional Indemnity insurance products.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
