Description
Wexford General Hospital are currently recruiting for a Grade VII Human Resources Manager.
The Grade VII Human Resources Manager will:-
Be responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of the HR function at Wexford General Hospital.
This includes oversight of Medical Workforce Management in collaboration with the Grade VIII Head of Human Resources, Wexford General Hospital.
Collaborate and advise managers on best practice in human resource management and related issues, in line with HR Policies & Protocols & Procedures.
This responsibility will include participation in recruitment & retention initiatives, employee relations, workforce planning and any other HR projects and initiatives that may be assigned from time to time.
Lead on the implementation of specific HR projects/initiatives as appropriate to the role.
