Lead Food Safety and Quality Professional
A key leadership position is available for a professional who can ensure all operations meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a robust Food Safety and Quality Management System.
* Manage high-risk food production processes to guarantee full compliance with relevant food safety legislation and certification requirements.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies to maintain site approvals and adhere to industry standards.
* Lead HACCP systems, hygiene programs, and conduct thorough food safety audits.
* Drive Corrective Action (CA) processes and investigate non-conformances.
Requirements:
* Degree in a scientific discipline such as Food Science or Quality Management.
* At least 35 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing or processing industry.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food safety and quality management principles.
Responsibilities may include developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of excellence in food safety and quality.
