Project Oversight Specialist
The company is seeking an experienced Project Oversight Specialist to oversee large-scale construction projects in Ireland. Key responsibilities include project planning, leadership, health and safety management, and quality control.
* Develop and implement project plans and schedules
* Liaise with design teams, project teams, and subcontractors
* Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in contracts management
* Strong organizational, delegation, and communication skills
* Good knowledge of quality and safety management systems
* Familiarity with Irish construction sites and regulations
