Do you want to learn more?A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Business Analyst – Finance Transformation would be:Review and analyse current ("as-is") ICR processes within FinOpsIdentify and document operational pain points, inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesElicit, refine, and validate business requirements from Finance and operational SMEsMap and document end-to-end ("to-be") processes in collaboration with the solution architectRecord and maintain risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints across the projectProduce structured BA artefacts for governance and steering committeesFacilitate workshops, interviews, and cross-functional working sessionsManage and align stakeholders across Finance, CTO, Operations, and vendor teamsSupport project delivery teams with requirement clarifications throughout the lifecycleEnsure strong communication and alignment between business and ITContribute to transition planning and readiness activities (excluding direct BAU or deployment tasks)Requirements:5–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance or finance transformationStrong understanding of finance processes (invoice, collections, recovery, FinOps)Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communicator with strong workshop facilitation skillsHighly structured, detail-oriented, and confident preparing documentation for governanceAbility to bridge business and IT discussions effectivelyFluent in EnglishExperience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Visio, Excel and SharePointRole Exclusions:Execution of development, testing or deployment tasksVendor or contract managementIT budget managementPost-transition BAU operationsSo, are you ready to join our team?It's important to remember, emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop innovative solutions for our customers.Opportunity type:Contract, Hybrid, Dublin,
