This key position in our Finance team covers a broad scope of activities from providing leadership and oversight to the Accounts receivables Accountant (credit processing and cash collection/application) to preparing the monthly group financial reporting (group consolidation and elimination preparation)Key Responsibilities:Reviewing management accounts for French branchMonth-end responsibilities for production of consolidated monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for reviewMain contact for liaising with intercompany finance teams and reconciliations.Ownership of audit /compliance of the International entity (both group and single entity audit) and liaising with the Finance Director on all progress and issuesLiaising with both internal and external Auditors and preparation of audit file.Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and corporation tax computations.Ensuring local statutory compliance with sales tax, payroll, and corporation taxes across multiple jurisdictions.Support the preparation and submission of Sales tax returnsLead the AR functionPreparation and circulation of monthly fx rates.Review bad debt calculationsReview credit processingManage related accrualsOversee AR master data maintenanceEnsure liaison with Sales team across the regionReview and approve related reconciliationsRevenue Accounting reviewReview and bridge monthly revenue to Forecast prior to reportingGross to Net Revenue analysisPlease note that areas of responsibility may vary, change and/or develop dependent on the business requirements of ZAGG International.The Ideal candidate will have:Fully Qualified Accountant (Essential)5+ years relevant work experience in a similar position.Exposure to Irish and US GAAP.Knowledge of Great Plains (advantageous) / previous experience working with different accounting packages.Excellent computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience working in project work, data analysis and creation of process improvement initiatives.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is essential in this roleExperience of working to tight deadlines and managing key finance deliverablesGroup reporting including prior experience with consolidating reporting packages an advantageExcellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideasAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood time management and organisational skills to meet project deadlines
