As our business grows, were looking for a Service Advisor to join our close-knit aftersales team. Role Overview As a Service Advisor, youll be the key point of contact for our aftersales customers. Youll help guide them through the service or repair process, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience from start to finish. Role Responsibilities Greet customers and handle service enquiries in a friendly and professional manner Determine workshop availability and book vehicles using our dealer management system while maximising workshop productivity Verify method of payment and clarify what the customer must pay for. Liaise with Service Department and Parts Department to ensure correct parts are ordered for the job and will be available when required Communicate effectively and timely with customers to obtain authorisation and provide estimate of the costs involved should any additional work be required Handle customer queries and resolve any issues quickly and effectively in a professional manner Maintain service records and ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards Upon completion of job, explain all service and repair work completed item by item and how this is reflected in the invoice Assume some appointed duties of the Service Manager or other staff members in their absence Any other tasks that may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis Key Requirements Previous experience in this role or within the Motor Industry (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment A team player with a can-do attitude A genuine passion for delivering top-level customer service What We Offer A friendly and inclusive team environment Competitive salary (based on experience) Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training A workplace where youre appreciated, supported and encouraged to grow
