We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Generalist.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices. You will coach, train, and advise employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training initiatives and process improvements.
Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:
* Supporting manager-employee relationships to promote development and team cohesion
* Handling employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance
* Partnering on training initiatives and process improvements
* Tracking and maintaining key employee records, attendance, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
* Contributing to HR initiatives, including employee engagement, orientation, recognition, and more
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in HR (preferred) and at least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus in employee relations. You must have a solid understanding of employment law and compliance, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
