Our client is a forward-thinking real estate media company with a flair for visual storytelling. With offices in Dublin and London, they provide exceptional photography, video, and marketing content to property professionals across Ireland and the UK. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and social-media-savvy Office Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
* Office Operations & Administration: Oversee daily office functions, including scheduling, supply management, administrative tasks, and HR coordination.
* Team & Client Support: Assist in client onboarding and maintain internal organization to support team efficiency.
* Event Planning: Coordinate internal meetings and company events to foster team engagement.
* Social Media Management: Develop and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Content Creation & Strategy: Produce engaging, on-brand content to enhance online presence.
* Performance Monitoring: Track social media engagement and provide performance reports.
* Liaison Role: Act as a primary point of contact for both team members and external partners.
Who You Are
* Experienced: You bring over 2 years of experience in office or operations management, preferably within creative, media, or real estate sectors.
* Organised & Proactive: You excel in multitasking, prioritising effectively, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and Canva; familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools is a plus.
* Creative Communicator: Skilled in crafting engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Bonus Skills: Experience in basic design, video editing, or marketing is advantageous.
