With a clear growth strategy, this is an excellent time to join the business at a pivotal stage of its expansion.Prior experience in a technology-led software or SaaS business is essential to succeed in this role, given the commercial and operational complexity of a scaling environment.*5 days per week in the office in Blanchardstown*Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & ControlOwn day-to-day financial operations, including management accounts, cash flow forecasting, working capital, revenue recognition, and cost controlOversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, VAT, and statutory complianceManage relationships with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatorsEnsure effective financial controls, policies, and proceduresBudgeting, Forecasting & ReportingLead budgeting and reforecasting in collaboration with the executive teamSupport departmental leaders with budget management and performance trackingDeliver clear financial and performance reporting to the CEO and executive teamProvide analysis of variances, trends, and key business driversEstablish reporting frameworks for financial and non-financial KPIsPromote accountability and data-driven decision-makingStrategic & Executive SupportAct as a trusted finance and commercial partner to the CEO and leadership teamSupport strategic planning, investment decisions, funding activities, grant claims, and investor reportingSkills, Experience & Qualifications:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)Experience in a Finance Manager role within a scaling SME, SaaS, or technology-led businessStrong knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and management reportingExperience partnering with senior leadership teamsHands-on, organised, and detail-orientedSaaS or subscription-based business experience (desirable)Experience implementing finance systems, KPIs, or operational best practices
