This hands-on role involves managing the operational aspects of corporate events such as meetings, conferences, incentives, and events. As an integral part of our fast-paced and collaborative team, you will organise and execute a variety of events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly managed.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Manage incoming Meetings & Events (M&E) inquiries, ensuring all files are handled promptly and professionally.Event Planning: Plan and execute live, virtual, and hybrid events, including venue booking, risk assessments, health & safety documentation, production schedules, and reporting.Creative Event Design: Assist with event design, venue dressing, mood board creation, and developing presentations or event decks.Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, including production schedules, running orders, staff schedules, and other essential documentation.Supplier Management: Research venues, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating competitive rates and managing all event logistics.Budgeting & Billing: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring transparency and accuracy in billing processes.Relationship Building: Collaborate with clients to understand briefs, maintain strong communication, and build lasting relationships.Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings, update CRM systems regularly, and support team tasks as needed.Ad Hoc Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as required to contribute to the team's success.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 1 year of industry experience preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.Full clean driving license.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Fun and engaging office social events.Your birthday off as an additional day of leave.Laptop provided.Ready to Join Us?If you're passionate about event coordination and want to be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences, we'd love to hear from youPlease send your CV and cover letter to Thank you.
