About the Role As Director of Nursing, you will be a key member of the Senior Executive Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
You will provide strategic leadership for Nursing services within the Hospital while contributing to the wider strategic direction of the Mater Private Cork Hospital.
This is a highly influential executive role, with responsibility for shaping nursing practice in line with the Network's ambition to lead and elevate standards of care across the Network.
You will act as the professional leader for nursing, championing excellence in clinical practice, strengthening governance frameworks, and embedding a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
