Data Analyst Dublin / Hybrid Contract role (Up to 6 months duration) As a Data Analyst, youll support the development and maintenance of high-quality data insights across regulatory reporting, finance, and insurance functions.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate, monitor, and enhance data quality, enabling sound decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve data anomalies.
Build and maintain dashboards and exception reports to support ongoing monitoring.
Contribute to the design and implementation of data quality controls and standards.
Provide actionable insights to improve reporting and analytics processes.
Key Requirements 2+ years experience in Data Analysis, must be in Insurance or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx).
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with data quality frameworks and root cause analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus.
