This is a fantastic opportunity to lead kitchen operations within a busy and reputable hospitality venue.
You will oversee all kitchen activities, manage the culinary team, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food that exceeds guest expectations.
You will play a vital role in menu planning, cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to deliver excellent food and service standards.
* Plan menus in collaboration with senior management, focusing on creativity and cost-effectiveness.
* Oversee stock management, ordering, and food cost control.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance needs.
* Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar senior kitchen role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of kitchen operations and food cost management.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
* Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
