Trade Marketing and Insights Manager Role
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing and Insights Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective 4P strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop short and long-term category strategies based on a thorough diagnosis of market conditions and trends
- Lead annual category 4Ps planning and review process by understanding business objectives and translating them into a 4Ps roadmap for Sales execution
- Champion new product market entry and execution, including development of sales presentations and materials
As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Marketing to develop clear, specific plans for corrective action and drive the business towards rapid and decisive action plans to win in the market.
You will have high levels of involvement across our commercial teams and with Senior Management Team members. Your responsibilities will include building 4Ps gap analysis, customising strategies and plans to align with retailer's strategy, and influencing key decision-makers to improve in-store presence and execution of the category.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree calibre with sales/marketing/data or retail management background, with strong category management experience within FMCG. You will have demonstrable commercial acumen and good understanding of Customer Management Process, as well as strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI, Spectra, Panel Data, A&Us) and advanced usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen, Kantar (or equivalent).
Apart from your technical skills, you will also be expected to have strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills, as well as ability to analyse large volumes of complex information and interpret data to construct straightforward plans.
