Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Management:
o Manage the commercial aspects of multiple live projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
o Negotiate and agree project variations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Purchasing and Contracts:
o Manage purchasing costs and place orders with suppliers, optimizing procurement processes for maximum efficiency.
o Prepare and submit applications for payment, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
o Manage contracts, monitoring compliance and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Cash Flow and Forecasting:
o Forecast and monitor cash flow, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of the construction industry, including commercial principles and practices.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland/EU and a full driving license.
