Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing individual to join our surgical sales team to manage, develop grow the Orthopaedic Implant & Power Tools Portfolios within Ireland, specifically in the Leinster area.
In this role your core responsibilities will include: Generating sales to achieve profitability/margins in line with delineated targets.
Identify new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Promote the AESCULAP Orthopaedic Implant & Power Tools portfolios.
Identify efficiencies for our partners & areas of growth for B Braun within the Orthopaedic Surgery market while distinguishing the AESCULAP brand from the competition.
Proven capability to lead theatre/hospital capital projects, delivering value as a trusted systems partner.
Enhance the existing Service model for Orthopaedic Procedures & Power Tools across all disciplines.
Identify new & foster existing partnerships within The Public and Private Hospital settings in Ireland.
Managing key projects.
Maintaining market and competitor analysis, and providing regular feedback.
Providing training, presentations, in-services, and education to end users.
At all times to represent the B.
Braun Company and its products in a professional manner.
To establish and maintain relationships with key accounts/ customers.
To keep abreast of developments and trends within the territory and to monitor & feedback competitor activity to the AESCULAP Business Lead.

To develop the B Braun Aesculap Orthopaedic/Power Tools portfolios.
Attend exhibitions and conferences both nationally and internationally as required.
Maintain appropriate and up-to-date product knowledge on the Companys range of products/ services to ensure accuracy of communications and strong reputation and credibility with our customers.

Promote and grow the key product range with relevant customers with a clinical need for the product, with a specific focus on Orthopaedic Surgeons and hospitals.
Be an excellent planner and problem solver with the aptitude to adapt and think creatively in an everchanging environment a commitment to collaborative team values Basic Requirements: Commercial Experience in this field preferable minimum of 2/3 years.
Proven experience building customer relationships.
Experience of the local healthcare sector Full clean driving licence.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
