Job Title: Security Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to lead our security division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rostering, site coverage, incident response, and regulatory compliance in a security environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guarding services across all client locations. This includes maintaining full compliance with all licensing requirements, Health & Safety standards, and internal operating procedures.
To drive performance, the Security Operations Manager will provide coaching, mentoring, structured feedback, and ongoing development to security personnel. Additionally, they will conduct site audits, welfare visits, and performance assessments to ensure continuous improvement and staff engagement.
The Security Operations Manager will act as the primary operational contact for clients, building strong relationships based on reliability, responsiveness, and service excellence. They will address client needs proactively, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
This role requires occasional out-of-hours availability to support operational needs or urgent client requests.
