What You Need to Know: Our client, a progressive and technically focused accountancy firm, is seeking a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) to join their growing team.

Your New Job Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the preparation and review of management and year-end accounts for a broad client base.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their technical development.
Drive process improvements and implement systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Provide expert guidance to clients on accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.
Collaborate with the Partner to identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation.
Ensure high standards of quality and consistency across all financial reporting output.
