Senior IT Support Specialist (Fixed Term Contract – 12 months)

Our client, a leading medical device distribution company known for creating better outcomes, is seeking a passionate Senior IT Support Specialist to join their expanding IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a 12‑month ERP system upgrade project while working in a dynamic environment!
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional on‑site and remote IT support, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Lead and coordinate ICT projects, enhancing our IT capabilities.
Manage software and hardware support tickets through Zendesk, tracking progress to completion.
Collaborate with third‑party providers to optimise IT services.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in IT support, both on‑site and remotely.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint) and Windows Server Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and database administration (MSSQL).
Familiarity with IT security controls, networks, and endpoint devices.

A self‑starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
