Overview We are currently inviting applications for a Jr Sous Chef to join our team in The Falls Kitchen. A qualified chef with experience coming from a similar fine dining background is necessary to join our team. Responsibilities Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service of the afternoon and evening service. Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times. Ensure that food that is prepared and presented is of high quality. Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored. Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required. Lead and Oversee the The Falls kitchen team Requirements This is a full-time position which includes weekends and evening shifts. Fluent English both written and spoken required.
