To support this growth, we are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Howth, Co. Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes from scratch using the finest ingredients
* Run your section with full accountability for stock, waste, and cost management
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
* Maintain HACCP and food hygiene standards in collaboration with the Quality Manager
* Assist in new recipe development and innovation (NPD)
* Manage kitchen operations during busy periods and in the absence of senior chefs
* Handle supplier deliveries, ensuring all goods meet our high standards
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
* Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP regulations
* A creative, organised, and driven professional with a flair for cooking
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Flexibility with shifts and a positive, can-do attitude
* Passion for food, innovation, and mentoring team members
