Project – Commercial Projects
Job Location – Co. Louth
Salary – €65K - €75K + package
*Salary Negotiable depending on Experience*
About the Company
My client is keen to chat to experienced Foremen who have a background in commercial projects from greenfield stages right through to handover.
Good site set up with support from project manager and contracts manager.
Ideally will come from a Joinery or Carpentry Background.
The Role
* Coordination and supervision of the finishing of a Commercial Development.
* Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
* Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
* Oversee manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
* Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
* Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
* Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
* Host toolbox talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required.
Requirements
* A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
* Ideally Carpentry or Joinery Background.
* A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role on commercial projects.
* Experience working with bespoke joinery packages.
