Job Title: Insurance Services Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Services Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in insurance services and membership management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and vet new member inquiries and applications for underwriter approval.
2. Administer and allocate all members' payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
3. Calculate refunds and adjustments due to members and insurers each month.
4. Assist with premium calculations and prepare and settle invoices for insurers.
5. Liaise with underwriters to ensure seamless communication and prompt resolution of issues.
6. Process monthly direct debit runs and follow up with members regarding failed payments.
7. Issue regular receipts and statements to members.
Candidate Requirements:
* A relevant qualification (APA) or equivalent experience in insurance services.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Industry-related experience within insurance and/or membership services preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* An eye for detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
