As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales across the AutoBoland Group.
Key Responsibilities Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover Deliver structured and effective sales presentations Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchange Provide advice on finance, insurance, and additional products Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation Ensure showroom and website stock is presented to a high standard Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally What We're Looking For Previous sales or customer-facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential) Full, clean driving licence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, professional, and target-driven Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations Strong organisational and IT skills A team player with a positive and ambitious attitude Passion for delivering excellent customer service What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure OTE of €50,000 - €70,000+ depending on performance Company vehicle (after successful review period) Full in-house and manufacturer training Clear career progression opportunities within a growing group Supportive, team-focused working environment 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Apply today to take the next step in your career with a company that values performance, growth, and success.
