Our client, one of Ireland’s leading energy providers, is seeking a Tax Manager to support the Tax Director in managing tax matters across their Irish businesses.
With offices based in Dublin City Centre, they are operating with a hybrid working model (2 days onsite) and offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert Irish tax advice across all tax areas, acting as a trusted business partner.
2. Prepare and file corporate income tax and VAT returns with support from external advisers.
3. Manage and ensure compliance of transfer pricing documentation for Irish entities.
4. Work closely with finance teams, tax colleagues, and external advisers to drive tax process improvements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Revenue Ireland and external tax consultants.
6. Monitor legislative and budget changes, ensuring compliance across all systems.
7. Deliver training and support to internal teams to maintain tax compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Tax qualification preferred; accounting qualification or relevant tax reporting experience will also be considered.
2. Extensive experience in Irish taxation, with knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax.
3. Experience as a tax business partner, advising on tax matters in a corporate setting.
4. Ability to independently research tax technical issues and provide expert guidance.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
6. Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
7. Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.
