This role supports the effective planning, execution, and communication of retail marketing and promotional activity across our shop estate.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering campaigns throughout the year — from major sporting events to new product launches — helping to strengthen the BOYLE Sports brand and customer experience across our retail network.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare creative briefs for the Design team and collaborate to ensure high-quality delivery of campaign assets.Write clear merchandising, promotional and operational copy for internal distribution to shop teams.Draft Terms & Conditions for retail promotions and coordinate with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.Liaise with external suppliers on campaign costs, raise Purchase Orders and track spending against budget.Create, manage and report on surveys issued to the retail estate to assess campaign execution and operational adherence.Maintain and communicate an up-to-date sporting and promotional calendar for cross-departmental reference.Act as a key point of contact for retail teams, handling queries relating to display instructions, bespoke promotions, sponsorships, and general ad-hoc requests.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective stock control and ordering of slips and point-of-sale materials.Support retail product launches and process changes, including assisting with integration testing, preparing staff briefings and organising conference calls.Coordinate internal campaign communications to ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.Conduct daily competitor analysis and provide insight into competitor activity and potential future movements.Undertake additional tasks and support activities as required by the Retail Marketing team.Experience & SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of betting shop operations.Good numerical, analytical and reporting skills.Marketing degree or similar discipline preferred but not essential.Proactive, motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Collaborative team player with the ability to work across multiple business units to achieve shared goals.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Flexible approach to responsibilities and working practices.Company overviewBOYLE Sports is an international sports betting and gaming company, with an extensive online business and retail portfolio.
