Job Title: Sales Team Leader
The Sales Team Leader role is a high-impact position within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and performance across the Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct management and motivation of between 5-10 Account Managers, ensuring everyone is fully developed to their maximum potential.
* Ownership and delivery of sales performance targets, as well as team projects and activities focused on delivering Sales Targets in conjunction with excellent customer experience.
* Support of the Operations Manager in delivering the strategic plan for the department, participation in projects as required by the business, and establishing strategies within the assigned area to convert sales leads to new business; to penetrate existing accounts and to reduce lost business.
