Director of Operational Effectiveness
The Role:
This position will lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies, working closely with leadership teams to drive measurable improvements.
* Lead the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence initiatives across the site, ensuring alignment with global and local strategic objectives.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence at the site by acting as a change agent.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive Site KPI Dashboard to ensure transparency, accountability, and performance management.
* Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews with site KPI dashboard updates, Operational Excellence strategy execution, and progress reports.
* Develop and execute site-specific strategy focus area priorities/initiatives as required.
* Identify and prioritize improvement projects by evaluating value streams for waste and complexity, and facilitating the implementation of solutions.
* Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions to address site-specific challenges using structured problem-solving methodologies.
* Serve as a champion for data-driven decision making in driving excellence in execution.
* Act as Business Process Owner for Eviview CI system for Operational Excellence related modules, and liaise with vendors as needed.
