The role
Our client is a leading professional services firm who are currently looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting role for someone who is an ambitious, experienced accountant with drive, determination and the ambition to work within an established organisation. This firm has seen strong growth over recent years and is now looking to add an experienced tax manager to this newly created role.
Responsible for assuming a leadership position within the tax function.
Support the formulation of responses to domestic and international tax policy developments.
Finalize positions on complex technical tax matters.
Oversee and guide the work of less experienced team members.
Lead the training and professional development initiatives for junior staff.
Deliver senior-level advisory services on matters involving corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securitisation, financing arrangements, real estate, and tax disputes.
About you
You will have 5-6 years PQQE in Practice, Legal or Financial Services environment
Experience managing a portfolio of clients
Strong skills in communication, presentation, project coordination, and time management.
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Commercially astute, with a keen understanding of business drivers.
Experienced in mentoring and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
