The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver IT and innovation projects across the organization. This role is accountable for developing, maintaining and integrating database modules, mobile applications and other digital solutions. The successful applicant will contribute to the implementation of our IT and innovation strategy in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement new database modules and mobile applications to meet the needs of the business.
2. Collaborate with various departments to identify areas where system improvements can be made and implemented.
3. Design and integrate solutions into existing company databases.
4. Provide technical support to staff, both on-site and remotely.
5. Identify and champion innovative technologies or systems to enhance organizational processes and systems.
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues to set up systems or resolve issues.
Essential Criteria:
* Familiarity with Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and SQL.
* Proficiency in coding and programming languages.
* Knowledge of IT system integration.
* Experience in mobile application or web application development.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
