This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in fitout and general construction to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Monitoring ongoing project costs and providing regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Conducting feasibility studies to evaluate potential window and door project costs and risks.
Preparing tender documentation, including bills of quantities, scope of work, and contractor selection criteria.
Coordinating and collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors throughout all project phases.
Identifying and assessing potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Reviewing and validating contractor claims and payment requests to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Experience you need: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for cost estimation and financial reporting.
Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
