Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and statements. Compile weekly and monthly payroll details for processing. Reconcile bank accounts and oversee cash flow management. Track payments received against ongoing client projects and update relevant invoices. Assist in implementing and improving financial processes and internal controls. Generate daily and weekly sales activity reports. Prepare and manage fuel card usage and mileage reports. Provide financial insights and reporting support to senior management. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in accounting and payroll administration, desirable to have experience of working in a sales environment Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll processes, and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
