Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team. The hours vary from 8am - 11pm, with the option of early, middle and late evening shifts to ensure the team is fully covered at all times. The role will be inclusive of weekend work. Previous reception experience would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception.
* Ensure all guests are warmly and efficiently looked after during their experience in the hotel.
* Deal with customer comments & feedback as per standard.
* Answer the telephone with the appropriate manner and respond to all messages.
* Have full knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
