Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Calibration & Scheduling Manager to join the Technical Team and report to the Technical Services manager.
The Calibration & Scheduling Manager will be responsible for Scheduling Engineers Service Calls & annual Calibrations, ensuring that all work is scheduled in a timely manner and will work closely with the Technical Services Manager, Engineers and Accounts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring that all customer calibrations are completed on time.
* Communicate with customers to Schedule all engineer Site Visits and calibrations.
* Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, adjusting plans to accommodate changes or unforeseen events.
* Support Third Party companies with onsite ISO 17025 calibrations ensuring that pre-agreed quality standards are adhered to.
* Serve as a central point of communication, coordinating with various departments, clients, and vendors to align schedules and calibrations and ensure all key stakeholders are kept informed.
* Liaise with customers pre installation and provide any documentation required by onsite health and safety departments including RAMS documents.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Have strong organisational skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
* Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* You'll need strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various team members, document processes, and ensure compliance.
* Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet targets and to cope under demanding pressure.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to learn as you go and develop quickly.
* Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Previous experience in this field would be advantageous.
* A third-level qualification, such as a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Logistics would be advantageous.
