Who should apply?
This role will suit a finance professional with the following experience:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years’ PQE.
Minimum of 3 years in a Big Four accounting firm
Strong financial reporting knowledge, ideally with prior exposure to the tech sector
Excellent excel skills and comfortable presenting to senior leaders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a key part in strengthening the finance function and supporting senior management. Responsibilities will include:
Preparing and presenting accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring a high standard of financial accuracy and timeliness.
Assisting the month-end close process, overseeing all journals, reconciliations, and cut-off procedures.
VAT reporting and filing on a timely basis
Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, analysing variances and providing clear commercial insights.
Partnering with key Business Leaders to understand KPI's, providing financial commentary and decision‑making support.
Enhancing financial systems and reporting processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
