Responsibilities:

* Work closely with client project teams to understand their business needs
* Evaluate the current state and design a suggested future state roadmap
* Maintain familiarity with current payroll vendor offerings and assist in vendor selection activities
* Design, develop, and document processes and procedures
* Support testing and data conversion activities
* Assist in creation of content for RFP/RFI in the Payroll and HR Transformation space
