Due to service requirements, we are currently seeking Social Care Workers for night duty to join the team in Fethard, Co.
Tipperary .
The Role As a Night Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment during overnight hours, ensuring the wellbeing and security of young people in residential care.
Key Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing overnight environment for young people Support emotional wellbeing through a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach Carry out night-time routines, checks, and required documentation Respond appropriately to incidents or concerns during the night Work independently while remaining an active member of the wider care team Requirements A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a children's residential service as a Social Care Worker A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent A full Irish driving licence (manual or automatic accepted) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply Now If you are a motivated Social Care professional looking to contribute to a service that protects, supports, and provides a safe place for young people during the night, we would love to hear from you.
