Team/Role Overview Regulatory Requirements contribute to the collating and delivery of feedback and the analysis of performance metrics Provide training and team oversight to maintain QR testing standards Engage with functions outside of QR (including Internal Audit, Consent Order teams) Contribute to team planning and development initiatives Act as a delegate for Head of QR in governance forums as required Foster a culture of credible challenge What we'll need from you: Qualifications: Excellent leadership, project-management and relationship management skills Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging Team-player, able to work well alongside others to collaborate effectively Proven ability to apply sound judgement while managing assignments in a demanding, fast-paced environment Education: Bachelor's degree or higher What we can offer you We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
