About the Job
This role can provide a great opportunity to advance your career, giving you exposure and training to assist with the following duties...
* Process supplier invoices and match with purchase orders
* Process and manage PAYE payroll
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS and cheques
* Monitor and maintain accurate accounts payable records
* Manage customs declarations, including Goods Movement Declarations (TSS)
* Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally
* Assist with month-end and year-end reporting as required
Your skills & experience
* ATI qualified or equivalent (Desirable)
* Experience using Sage (Essential)
* Previous experience working within a busy finance environment
