Our client is completing a pivotal multi-dimensional transformation program, fuelled by product innovation, organisational restructuring and human-centred culture empowerment to a dynamic, agile, solutions-first, and software-led organization. This is a unique opportunity to own and lead the HR strategy across Europe, partnering with the Dublin based senior leadership team shaping the future of a business with bold ambitions and real momentum.
The Opportunity:
As the European HR Director, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a future-fit HR strategy that empowers the business to thrive through change. You will drive cultural transformation, enhance leadership capability, and build a high-performing and engaged workforce across the European region. As a key member of the European management team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to influence culture, talent, and performance, while ensuring robust HR operations and compliance. You will also lead and develop a pan-European HR team of 12 HR professionals with responsibility for an European workforce of ~400 people.

* Compliance & Risk Mitigation in line with European labour laws and risk mitigation
* Learning & Development Strategy collaborating with TA and HR to strengthen talent acquisition, learning and development
* Drive insight from key data metrics / KPIs to inform HR strategy and operational decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven senior HR leader with pan-European experience
* Strong background in technology, software, or systems integration
* Experienced in leading cultural transformation and organisational change
* Highly autonomous, hands-on leader with strategic mindset
* Skilled in scaling modern HR practices and operations
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
* Deep understanding of European employment law and HR compliance
* Open to travel extensively across Europe (40–50%)
