They are now seeking a driven
Business Development Manager
with a true hunter mindset to join their team. Deal values typically range from €30k–€300k depending on the type of equipment, vehicle, or machinery.
The Person
* Based in Cork.
* Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within equipment, vehicle, machinery finance/sales or IT sales.
* Strong interest in the Irish Agri and construction sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
* Dynamic, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong IT, organisational, and planning skills.
* Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career in sales.
The Role
* Maintain, nurture, and expand the company's existing dealer network.
* Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Build strong, trusted relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Represent the business with professionalism and market expertise.
