Regional Inflight Manager

A highly motivated and organized individual is required to oversee the management of Inflight staff across European bases. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining procedures, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of Inflight staff, including their development and training. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of European Bases Managers
- Streamlining procedures to improve efficiency
- Responsibility for staffing, contracts, and disciplinary issues
- Reporting on key performance indicators
- Identifying and resolving local and individual Inflight issues

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a proven track record of achieving targets. Requirements include:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience managing a team, desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Level-headedness and ability to think and respond appropriately in challenging situations
- Ability to travel extensively across our network
