Process Manager – Marketplace Programme

Overview:
We are seeking a process Manager to lead and be responsible for identifying, mapping and documenting business processes required to support the successful launch of the Marketplace e-commerce programme, including both new processes and updates to existing ones. This role will ensure that all new and updated processes are clearly defined, aligned, and ready for implementation across the business, and will work cross functionally to ensure process alignment, operational readiness, and successful implementation at go-live.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify, map, and document end-to-end business processes required for Marketplace.
* Engage with business stakeholders to define new process requirements and updates to existing processes.
* Ensure process alignment across commercial, legal and regulatory, finance, B2B, operations, channels and technology teams.
* Develop detailed business process documentation to inform system requirements, testing, training, and go-to-market activities.
* Collaborate with product, operational and technical teams to validate process design and resolve gaps or issues.
* Provide input into operational handover, training, and post-launch continuous improvement.
Key skills and experience:
* Proven experience as a Process Manager or Business Process Analyst on large-scale programmes.
* Strong expertise in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
* Ability to work across multiple business functions and translate requirements into clear process documentation.
* Experience in e-commerce, digital, or technology programmes is an advantage.
* Process improvement or analysis certifications (e.g Lean Six Sigma, BPM) are desirable.
