Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Clinical Laboratory Sciences Associate. This role will involve early engagement with study teams, business partners, and therapeutic area experts to develop clinical laboratory, diagnostic, and biomarker strategies at the trial level.
The successful candidate will coordinate vendor activities for assigned trials, facilitate research and resolution of clinical laboratory and diagnostic issues, and partner with the clinical team to provide input into protocol development and design.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory sciences, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management and clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide clinical laboratory support for assigned trials, including ECG, imaging, sample storage, and other diagnostic biomarkers.
2. Consult with study teams on clinical laboratory, ECG, imaging, sample storage, and other diagnostic biomarker issues and services.
3. Partner with the Sourcing organization to follow the proper sourcing strategy for vendor assignment.
4. Monitor trial budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
5. Maintain accurate budget information and defined protocol testing in the Laboratory and Diagnostic tool.
