Offer description

Performing and managing general office duties to ensure efficiency.Managing client interactions, phone calls, and correspondence with internal teams.Handling printing, scanning, filing, and potentially assisting with document control/information management.Maintaining office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and managing general office functions.Comfortable using the full Microsoft Office Suite and general online media.Ability to take responsibility, manage and work on their own initiative.Possible advantages would include prior experience with social media or Accounting.Minimum 3 years relevant experience.Based in our Wexford Office.Flexible, Part-Time or Full-Time options available.Salary based on relevant experience.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €16.00-€19.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 37.5 per weekBenefits:FlexitimeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
